I loved the ability of writing in markdown form, but a simple and intuitive design, with the ability to share a whole collection, a subset of pages, or a single page publicly without dealing with a bunch of overhead.

Insurance companies make money from limiting what services they cover for you and by negotiating doctors down into lower rates for the services they do cover; the less money they spend on your services is more profit for them.
The people actually making money and charging obscene amount, are
facility owners (hospital, clinics, urgent care) who produce nothing, but simply have the capital to own property and start the business
drug companies that charge thousands percents of profit simply because they can (remember the epi pen scandal?)
The doctor seeing you wants to make a living doing something they enjoy and excel at; the facility owners are who hire people educated in medical coding just to tack on every possible fee they can, stopping just short of fraud.
That ibuprofen they gave you? It really cost less than a dollar to produce, package, and ship to the facility; but because you were inpatient when you swallowed it, well now it’s $35
That doctor that came by while you were sleeping just to glance at your chart without actually consulting or giving any review of care plan? That’s $600 because fuck you

Zink Paper is an alternative but nowhere as cheap as regular paper+ink
The paper has several layers: a backing layer with optional pressure sensitive adhesive, heat-sensitive layers with cyan, magenta and yellow dyes in colorless form, and an overcoat.
Take a regular bow with flint arrows and you can 1 shot them - we were haunted by the deathsquittos (aka skeeters) for a while, but it’s not that hard to snipe them and get stuff back. Esp with the corpse run feature you get upon grabbing the tombstone

People who paid money expecting the promised timelines instead of useless feature creep, care very much.
In fact people cared so much that CIG changed the user agreement to no longer allow refunds.
They took a stupid amount of money from people all while promising timelines that were never kept, and a game that I doubt will ever see completion before bankruptcy.
They need to stop throwing money and precious development time on minuscule features when their alpha can barely run on modern hardware without taking 10min to load and crashing shortly thereafter.
I hope that I am wrong about SC and the game does come out some day, because I will absolutely love the game in stable form; but the last few years have been painting a very grim picture of SC’s future
GPM used to allow you to add YT videos into playlists just like a song; the only thing YTM brought was that song searches were now mixed with those YT videos.
YT Music everything is sorely lacking.
Back when Google Play Music existed and a 3rd party desktop app made it a great alternator Spotify. Then they killed it all just so they could pad their song numbers by including YT videos
