I don’t get the point of these arguments; people came across a border and opened fire on any person they saw! Just because they didn’t rape every single one of them as well does not make it any better.

You’ve clearly not had an update trigger when you were trying to present something, join a meeting, or simply do a quick restart after installing a program and get hit with a 10min “updating windows; do not shut off”

Real estate is one thing, but small claims court over unpaid goods and services provided is another.

How does cancelling a pie order at delivery mean that you don’t pay? You try to cancel a dental appointment in less than 48hrs and you still get charged for that appointment

So someone scripted post spam in the name of migration and got salty that they were treated like spam. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was through an automated processes during all the intentional spam instances we’re getting.

Very much agree with others here, dude should’ve tried to have a conversation with admins and stop spamming old content.

Stop with the spamming across instances and communities

Example:

You really need to stop Reddit spamming posts across multiple instances and communities; you’re just trashing the place.

I’d also suggest not deleting but replacing the content of the comment, if possible.

Many people who used delete scripts came back to find many comments/posts were undeleted.

Editing has a higher chance of success to overwrite the original content with gibberish

So many of these games require servers when it shouldn’t. Playing simple coop should not be dependent on the companies underwhelming server infrastructure.

Borderlands proved this with allowing people to host coop sessions without any need for servers.

Those investors that expect quick returns are directly responsible for ruining so many games in the last decade; pushing for quick releases of unfinished money grabs which makes players cautious about what they buy, or just wait for those half games to go on sale and buy them at half off (what they’re actually worth, if that).

This would be pretty easy to script with a fake data generator like mimesis, that can use existing providers, choose random options from a given set, and allows the creation of custom providers (e.g. pick a random website from a file of valid websites that you would like it to use)

Have really enjoyed many aspects of this game over the years of beta, but still can’t get past how slow things feel in the game.

Granted flat time I played was about 4 months ago, but the movement seems like it should be much faster and combat feels like it should have much more density to it; it just doesn’t feel great to be slowly trudging around looking for mobs to unleash on.

One of the things I’ve really enjoyed about Diablo (3 and somewhat 4, although they’ve had similar issues) was the ability to quickly move around and jump into huge packs of enemies.

One of my fondest experiences of D&D is a campaign that ran slightly over three years! Not everyone we started with made it to the end, but the folks who did will forever hold a special place in my memories.
