Actually yeah. i'll guarantee that was it. 14 days ago I was making fun of hexbear users defending russia's war crimes in the memes /c/ of all places... which is weird that they defend it considering russia is very not-communist anymore.
still sucks since many of the largest communities around things like linux and tech are on .ml
Jpg at 70% will lose a significant amount of detail. It is a "lossy" format, you cant judt compress data for nothing.
AVIF is significantly more efficient than jpeg, so it loses less image data for higher compression (smaller file sizes).
JXL supports both lossy and lossless compression, and is supposed to be more efficient yet over AVIF. However it's got proprietary all over it because Google et al. For thst alone I would shy away from JXL and go AVIF.
SLA is nice and you can make intricate figurines but it's usefulness is limited. resin is also expensive, and a pain to manage and clean up.
if it's your first foray into printing definitely stick with a "normal" filament plastic machine (FDM). you can do a lot more large-form stuff and also make significant inroads into making mechanical/functional parts that could solve problems around your house even. SLA can't do that.
Plus when FDM fucks up bigly it can usually be fix with a screwdriver and 2 sizes of allen key...
I second RustDesk, I've started using it a lot lately and it works quite well even across the internet and NAT.
Works best if you have your own server that you can use as a relay rather than direct connection or using RustDesk's own limited public servers, but even without it, it gets the job done.
That would be difficult because you would need to somehow separate the power control MOSFET's from the driver boards so that the controller can still feed them a PWM signal for temp control, but the power would be provided from a separate dedicated usbPD driver board for each set of MOSFETs. At that point it's really not worth the effort.
Ender3's have a 360W rater power supply, necessary for the hot bed and hot end current. A little bit of forum googling says they often use up to 250w.
USB PD supports up to a max of 240w, and even then only in a very specific 48 volt supply mode. So you might get away with it, buts it's gonna be sketchy, and require more stepping down of the 48v usbPD voltage, and complexity, and cost.
I've switched almost exclusively to using RustDesk these days for anything outside of my LAN, and have had zero problems with it running on barebones machines, zero monitor connected. It's open source!
If you're wanting to use the windows built in RDP, there apparently is a DLL wrapper that enables the RDP server on Home installations. See github. I haven't had to use it though because my machines are all, well, "legal" copies of 10 or 11 pro, so i cant speak to whether it works or not.
I don't think I've ever once seen them claim to be "fiscally responsible"; only "conservative" (which usually involves cutting as much as possible from social problems and rich people taxes)
A modified file will not pass the original torrent file hash integrity heck, and trackers will not consider a torrent with a modified hash as "the same". So the bittorrent protocol is actually quite resilient against an injection attack.
This is it. If you know where you downloaded from and can match up the file names, just put the movie in the downloads folder (or point your torrent client at the folder containing the movie when adding the torrent). It'll do a piece-by-piece check then start seeding.
When it reaches that far back corner it looks like your Bowden tube is getting close to being pinched. It's probably too sharp of an angle leading to too much resistance for your filament and drive motor, that's what causes the underextrusion. Bit of a design flaw tbh.
Double check your drive teeth tension it might be slipping excessively when the Bowden tube gets to that extreme angle and push resistance gets too high. Also consider trying to reposition the tube so it doesn't experience such angles.
