If you worked on Dauntless, just want to say I appreciate your part! Only played it for a while at release because the grind turned me off but it's been sad seeing news pop up of how it has been going downhill. Was such a fun game.
Sucks that good game devs get laid off because the leaders are asleep at the wheel unless it involves monetization.
Pretty much everything Elder Scrolls Legend did. Only card game I liked but one thing that stood out was the two lanes. One half was just a regular battle field but the other half was called the shadow lane. Any cards you placed there were protected for the first turn.
VSCode. I don't get why Microsoft hasn't monetized it but I'm glad it is free. Has so many extensions and gets great updates, even if I don't understand half of the stuff in their patch notes when I open up the program.
Another one is a little program called Stacher that basically serves as GUI for yt-dlp. It's a very pretty one though! And all the settings and buttons are super great. I'm not very good with CLI stuff so I'm glad it exists for free, saves so much time.
You can just browse through their announcements and see for yourself. I admire their dedication and how they've managed to accept us Reddit refugees but they keep making these strange missteps in their administration.
I personally wouldn't make a community in their instance as I don't trust the admins. They also don't mind de-federating other instances; see dbz0 (I can never remember the name right).
Lame move. The .world instance has been getting worse for a long while. Why not go elsewhere if it's really that important? 196 is one of the most active communities I've seen so the de-federation issue doesn't sound like one.
They can go fuck themselves. I don't even post and it's aggravating how many questions I see go unanswered because they declare it a duplicate or something else to make it invalid. I see it more commonly now when I have more complex issues. Thanks but that post you linked to being the "original" is not the solution. They don't even gain anything from doing this. Don't you WANT more traffic by having more questions posted and answered?!
Give them Titanfall 2 if you want them to play a good shooter. Sure, they might come out of the campaign with depression, but certainly not with heads filled with propaganda!
I feel like that's more on the parents for not informing their child about the MIC and how they basically sign themselves away to be government property.
Yeah I was surprised someone actually lived there. I thought it was just some random abandoned house the guy left the robot in so we could explore but we catched a glimpse of him behind a door watching TV.
Funniest shit ever. Someone was just driving it into walls in a hallway that looked abandoned. I took control when it went idle and maneuvered to what looked to be a bathroom. Someone else turned it around and spotted a mirror at floor level.
Update: our attempts at suicide by ladder have left us immobile.
Whether or not I am anonymous does not change how/what I post. I also never delete any so nothing changes regarding that too. Cringe to be acting uncivil because you have a mask.
What's this about free games?
