That's no good, you'll have the 5 wrongful deaths to settle and probably still have to pay for repairs even if the trolley is not fully destroyed. It's your fiduciary duty to not pull the lever.
The man thinks (or at least says) that empathy is a bad thing. There's no guilt without a conscience, and no conscience without empathy. Obscenely unfathomable wealth takes care of the rest.
I think at least 2 people I work with don't have cases. For me I think it's more about function than protection at this point. Phones are so damn thin they're actually kind of uncomfortable to hold compared to one with a case, and I feel more likely to drop it without a case. I always get a case with some kind of kickstand which I use often enough to feel is justified.
