I love how Diablo 4 had this month of adoration to absolute hate by the community. I actually never tried any Diablo style games (what exactly is the genre?) and wanted to give it a shot before all this negative press came out. Maybe will just run through it whenever it comes to GamePass

It’s pretty depressing how we went from eagerly hoping and praying for a vaccine to come to now having to somehow convince people to take it when there’s a surge in cases.

Honestly there wasn’t much of a case to begin tbh. Even the CMA’s best resort was going to cloud and that turned out also to be BS as well.

I appreciate Lina Khan at least trying even if it feels like a huge uphill battle . For example the Microsoft case; even though she lost, her stance on any large acquisition has ensured some concessions are made even before it goes to trial such as the COD and Cloud agreements.

Not gonna lie, I love sports and don’t see any on my feed. In fact I’m subbed to a lot and even my subscribed tab is very sparse.

I actually recently got an ROG Ally cause I have prepaid GamePass and felt I was just watching TV instead of playing. I felt so guilty wasting my subscription and watching good games come and go. But once I got the Ally, I've been playing more than I ever been since I was a kid. Even when the wife is watching her shows I can just chill with her playing games.

Microsoft just keeps killing off Cortanas don't they?

Only explanation I can think of is that phones before touch screens used to have the end call on the right.

it really depends, LOTR movies made significant changes but I still love it even if it’s not 100% like the books.

Then there’s World War Z where all they did was use the title and some loosely based details. Still enjoyable but not a huge fan.

Then there’s I Am Legend which I didn’t like at all as it didn’t match with the actual point of the story (the alternate ending wasn’t bad though but still left the bad taste in my mouth from the original ending).

Thinking of doing exactly that. Watch the show and then enjoy the books .

I really hope MS doesn’t take a laissez faire attitude with Act-Blizz and actually take a real hands on approach. I know they’re not the best at handling things but there has to be some type of change for their studio.

At the moment I’m sharing Netflix/Gamepass with a friend who is sharing their Hbo/Hulu. Once they start cracking down on passwords im going to only subscribe when there is something there for me to watch.

Yeah I could resort to piracy but I want them to know why I subscribed and unsubscribed each time.

The day I go back to piracy is when they start drafting up 1/2 year contracts for their services. I don’t think it’s that far honestly . Probably another year or so we’ll see at least one streaming service try it .

Would you recommend reading the book first before going into the show?

I’ve only really heard negative opinions about this show but the budget and special effects actually look beautiful. What’s the consensus here on the show? I actually have never actually read the books as reference.

Lol my wife did say she was slightly concerned with my sexuality after I got out of the theater gushing over him.

I think they're using homosexuality as a front for not wanting the women of the country to watch. Wouldn't want them to find any sense of empowerment from the movie. I honestly can't even remember anything that was explicitly homosexual in the film.

I just tried and having no issues so far :)
