Republicans want a largely unconstrained republican president. To them any democrat in office should be a powerless figurehead. They're hypocrites.

Maybe I'm wrong but it seems someone who has been in politics that long knows the mic is always hot. He meant for it to be heard.

WordPad is what MS Word should be. It's most of what everyone needs in a word processor and it's lightweight. MS Word is becoming a bloated nightmare of toolbars and creeping featuritis.

Going back to the top of your comment, which countries support or condemn China for their internment camps means very little to me. Many of the countries in your graphic have abysmally shitty records themselves and/or are belt-and-road clients and/or have other reasons to disagree with the US. Pardon me while I laugh heartily at anyone who takes Russia's or Venezuela's or Saudi Arabia's opinions on human rights seriously. That, and your graphic is from 2019 and outdated. The list changed remarkably in 2020 and the countries of Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Kuwait, Nigeria, Oman, Philippines, Serbia, Somalia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Zambia revoked their defense of the CCP's treatment of Uighurs. It's left as an exercise to the reader which of those are majority-Muslim.

Aside from all that, the fact that you refer to those camps with the CCP-friendly term "vocational facilities and re-education centers" means we're just not going to agree on this because that's certainly not what they sound like.

I reluctantly agree with this. If they want to nominate or even elect a candidate that cannot serve, so be it. When the time comes to take office, the person with the most votes that is qualified to serve should take the office.

What I fear is other states doing similar things with slimmer pretense. II have no doubt purple states with red leadership (like Florida) would consider finding any pretense to yank the democrat off the ballot. but I'm nonetheless glad that a court finally decided the obvious: Trump engaged in insurrection.

I had a '56 chevy pickup that I got running in high school and had to sell when moving away to college. It was a quilt of parts that would fit (still the original 235 under the hood) but there was no way I was going to move to a big city with no AC, no power steering, three on the tree and all the safety features of a midcentury crumple zone with tires. I miss it tho.

The best way to handle it is not to. Don't agree or disagree, don't discuss, don't offer suggestions or commiserate. Your responsibility is for you to get through the workday. Your job is your job, which I assume is not to be A's sounding board or to hound B for slacking. If A keeps bitching about B, ask A not to. If A asks you why, be honest and say that the constant complaining is stressing you out and you're not the proper outlet for this. If B needs to pick up the pace, that's for her manager to deal with.
