9am? I've been up for six hours by then. If you play loud music after 7:30 pm tho I might have to retaliate.

Americans are choosing between food and housing. I'm choosing to pay to keep my house and I'm thankful I can hit up food pantries here and there. It'd be cool if billionaires paid for that shit but here we are.

I'm genx and have never seen it. Nothing to do with Disney but my wife and I quit our movie theater jobs right before that cane out and it took years for me to be able to pay to watch movies again after that. Years of free movies, private showings, etc had spoiled us.

I was on Reddit for ten years, about a million karma between a few accounts. The day Reddit Is Fun stopped working I had already deleted my accounts and all of that content earlier in the week. Google searches have brought me back for a few minutes but I'm out.

There are a lot of well-off people in the off-roading community who swear by Harbor Freight's Badlands winches. Certainly a bunch of YouTubers, and I might say that's all because of paid promotion but they and others also swear they've been running them for years and years. But I do understand what you're saying.

Wages aren't keeping up with inflation for most people. The wage increases reported are mostly driven by top earners. It isn't moving at the bottom. Longer lines than ever at food pantries. I remember when Democrats used to at least pretend to give a shit about that stuff.
