The top two are obviously familiar, but certainly wouldn't attribute the first one to that movie. I don't think I've ever heard the next two phrases used or remember them from the movie, and never heard anyone use 'mostly' as a reference from that movie.

Do you think that's what he meant by POST? Could have meant data delivery through http? Do you think they should know that one too?

My understanding is that it was an employee at the restaurant that reported him. 'Mall adjacent to a bus stop' seems a little less 'first hand account that he was on a bus from New York' and more circumstancial like 'he came in at the same time as some others, had a different color hoodie and different color backpack than the description, but very broadly matched "white guy with hoodie"'.

I think I'd disagree there, unless youra woman walking in half undressed i doubt you'd get more than a questioning glance if that, on top of the fact that it seems like a much lower bar to pass as male.

Honestly, short of the Karen type who is looking around for things to get pissed about you probably won't hear much of a fuss in the restrooms themselves on either side, really seems like the butt hurt people are men worried about who's going into the women's room, or women worried about the potential rather than anything that's actually happening in the moment.

That is true but pretty irrelevant. Is a law enforced is a completely different question from is it a law, and it's not an insignificant degree of difference.

That's like someone asking if chocolate ice cream exists and you saying it's possible no one likes it. Technically true but irrelevant to the question.

That's hardly a 'lib move', more like an ingrained human reaction to justify practically every action ever.

Technically yes, especially since this was a technical question, he wasnt asking if he would get pulled over, he was asking if there was a law being broken. You probably wouldn't get arrested for hooking your donkey to a post on main Street on a Sunday in Colorado springs, but if you asked if there was a law against it, the answer would be in the codified law, not in is likelihood of a cop knowing it.

That just calculates into whether you get pulled over or get a ticket. He specifically asked if it was breaking a law which has little to do with where the cop is a dick or not. Doesn't technically even depend on the judge.

Any zoning issues? May be worth splitting it up, lease some for farming for now, set up a couple of acres for a small utility/living area so you can visit and stay for short periods or permanently so you can get a sense of actually being there... Seasons, smells, sounds, wildlife, infrastructure like roads will all impact what the experience or opportunities actually are and often bday depending on the time of year.

Not sure if it's still this way, but a documentary years ago described the ridiculous technicality that allowed a farm to call themselves free range. It was like a door that led outside to a 4 foot cube area shared by thousands and thousands of chicken. Basically enough room for like three chickens to spread their wings... If they happened to find the door, and it wasn't already crowded... And they were actually able to walk.
