  • It works really well. I'm really hesitant to give up my rear fingerprint sensor. The only thing that doesn't work is Google Pay/Wallet. I might be able to get that working if I did a little more work, but I use it so rarely that I've not given much thought. I'll be interested to see when/if the 4a gets the bump to Lineage 21.

  • Pixel 4a with Lineage

  • I switched with Bookworm. It's great!

  • I like Flatpak and Appimage. I won't touch Snaps.

  • I've seen it as an easier to type version of the "therefore" symbol which is three dots in a triangle ∴

The symbol is used in math and logic. Try reading the word "therefore" in place of the symbol and see if it makes sense in context.

  • Hi, that's me! I've been using apt and Debian derivatives for 17 years. Bookworm is fantastic!

  • Oh my goodness. I didn't think I was going to get worked up about this. The last three TVs to enter my house have a weird joystick. None of them are in the same place. None of them work he same way.

Give me 6 real buttons: power, input, channels up/down, and volume up/down. Access to the menu would be great, but isn't as high a priority.

  • I don't know. Opening Windows might result in fewer bugs.

  • The one on the left is pronounced GIF and the one on the right is pronounced GIF.

  • I came here to see if Jack was going to mentioned.

"There are no bad ideas. Only good ideas that go horribly wrong."

  • I love Shizuku. I wish more people were talking about it.

  • I could not care less. I'm happy in my little federated corner of the internet.

  • He who controls the spice, controls the Universe.

  • Toss in a camping chair and a TV sitting on the floor and I'm in!

  • I've never been able to get more than 4 in each hand of that style and that's hard to manage.

  • Enjoy it while you can. We've got 11 months until the Bell riots start.

  • There was a promising basketball player at my high school. He ended up going on the that NBA. We found out before we graduated that someone was squatting on a domain of his name. Apparently, it wasn't an uncommon practice.
