Crazy that you have to go to court over it (I assume this is for the US). Here in the UK the deposit has to be secured by a third party independent organisation. So you follow everything you said, but step 10 becomes "submit your evidence on a website" and the landlord has no power over the verdict. I had to do it once and the landlord immediately conceded without even sending them their version of the story.
The monkey paw here is that you are loading the world state and that includes you and your memories. You would never remember using this ability. Maybe you already have it!
If it existed you'd never know. Unless you add an additional feature of preserving your characters memories across game loads. But then it's not a common game feature.

It's funny how media widely misreported this, but what's not funny is that people believe that to this day. Even in this thread people think Microsoft said that.

They obviously meant Windows 10 is the latest version of Windows, but I guess misconstruing the quote got the clicks and then everyone went along. There was never any announcement from Microsoft, all of the "Windows 10 is the final version of Windows" thing is based on misconstruing the quote. If a reporter really believed this interpretation to be the case, it would be easy to just ask Microsoft, but they didn't. Or did, got the "lol no of course it's not last" answer and ignored it because that would make their clickbait article go away.
Of course it makes sense, the code does pretty much nothing. The point is that the tutorial does not teach you about how to remove a background. It's like a "how to cook X" article that just tells you to "order X online" and that's it.
That's a valid concern, but according to the article all the website can access is the random public key, or the fact that the feature is unsupported in this browser (for an unspecified reason).
It wasn't an edit of the movie. The beer company just paid the TV station to put the ad breaks at specific places of the movie, and for their ad to be the first ad of the ad break, allowing them to make it look like part of the movie. But it was still just an ad break, and other ads followed the beer ad.

The browser can do it whether this exists or not. The only information the website gets is that the browser supports this feature or not, and nothing else.

Makes sense to me - most people in the real world aren't terminally online, don't know the Cybertruck exists, and have no idea it has anything to do with Elon Musk. So when seeing one they just have a "wow what an unusual car, that's interesting" reaction.
