Pillsbury probably put money into R&D for their box design and the Safeway white label company is probably using a box design that is older, made by older machines with lower tolerance for mistakes and cheaper glues. Manufacturing engineering is a very interesting field with a lot of budget concerns.
When i first opened the image, it was undeniably white/gold to me, and I could not trick myself into seeing black/blue. After looking at the HQ image above, now I can not see white/gold anymore.
Edit: After writing this comment, it is back to white/gold.

I use uppercase "Conservative" to indicate Ia.talking about the modern brand name vs. the lowercase "conservative" to talk about the actual political term.
