The problem is you dismissing reality and inserting your insecurity onto electric cars.
Superchargers are a very big part of why Tesla is ahead of the curve, and you don't charge 0-100, you charge 15-whatever you need to get where you're going, which for my six hour drive was a 19 minute charge stop, where we watched Netflix, and I have the slowest charging Tesla.
Bereal is great, you get a notification and take a picture, front and rear camera, that's all you get for the day, then you can see what your friends are up to.
I'm not an expert, and definitely talking out of my ass, but maybe the people that have a vested interest in Taiwan not being a part of China may try to dissuade the US from their fabrication efforts to maintain their chip production based relevance on the world stage.
Which functions are on it that you need to drive? The only one I can think of is the climate control, but I just set mine on automatic, or adjust it at a stoplight. It's pretty good.
