It's all about the heat. It's not dumping 120w non stop even over 90% for example. OnePlus also use supervooc not standard usb pd. My phone legit does 150w max and while I mostly use my 80w charger because my tablet uses that I can't say my battery seems affected much 2,5 years in.
It's pretty much doing cardio so a mix of zone 2 (easy pace) volume and intervals. Running, cycling and swimming are things I enjoy and you can do it very targeted but any cardio work will over time improve it.
Actually yes. A high vo2max is correlated to many health benefits including better and faster recovery from illness. It even lowers your chance from death in a car crash. It's crazy.
If you're talking about the recovery that I'm thinking about, that is of physical exertion, there is a lot you can do to slow the rate of decline actually.
From what I've heard the Chinese version is rather literal to the books to a fault.
Having read the books I enjoyed the Netflix series, but understand they made some changes to both adapt it to a series (fine) and made a lot of characters westen (a bit unnecessary maybe).
The display supports 1080p+120hz, games running at that res and fps will be rare I imagine. I mean, it would be amazing but Xbox also supports 4k 120 and it usually runs Up to 1440p upscaled 30fps so idk how much it will really differ from what we've already got.
Well I've got some scoliosis so kinda hard to fix that. Sure they can improve it with surgery but it's not that bad so they won't do it.
What helps me is some core strength mostly planks and more importantly improving the strength of my hip flexors which causes my pelvis to not tilt anteriorly.
Europe already has a program for a 6th gen in the works for 2040 or 2050. Saab should join it! However in the meanwhile the gripen-e is an excellent aircraft yes.
Same in NL most (all?) banks here have an app that lets you transfer money near instantly, create payment requests, execute payments for online orders by scanning a code, etc. It's great I think.
No? No! No!?
