  • Do you mean cancel the subscription before it's up? You should be able to do it in the Windows Apple Music or Apple TV apps under your account settings (it's listed under subscriptions); I just did it the other month.

    Warning; if you cancel your trial it ends immediately, not at the end of the term, so I just set a to do reminder for the day before.
