  • I am a coffee nerd myself - and even if I may not recreate this recipe I really really appreciate and enjoy your dedication and passion and your willingness to share your process! It is cool to read, so thank you very much!

  • If budget is an issue (not everyone is able or willing to spend much money), you could look out for a decent manual grinder, those are cheaper than electric ones, but you can get a more homogenous particle distribution from your grind which helps a lot with taste and reproducible results.

  • For the factory owner this amount certainly is negligible or almost nothing. But I'm sure for the worker it must be existential. Just for perspectives, do you think if someone gets caught stealing groceries for that amount - would the shop owner say "oh, never mind it's only 800 Yuan"

  • I didn't think I'd have to add a /s in a place like this, lol!

But I do think, it will be a big surprise for the upper 1 % when they realise, that even their wealth can't buy things when resources are depleted...

  • Exactly! I worked at a really small company in a rural area and and even at that insignificant place my bosses would sit around, drink coffee, maybe drive their fancy company cars visiting their friends at another company for chatting and berating their employees for being lazy and being egoistic for having a low working morale. While leaving early everyday. I used to say I'd like very much spend my holidays like they spend their days working.
