  • Reminds me of the US swapping to the metric system.

Short to mid term would be miserable and confusing for people. Long term would probably work out better. Will it happen: never.

  • They don't have the space to archive it all. No one does. It's the reason it has grown so big without real competition.

No one can do it.. or at least make money doing it.

  • For me: probably. Either way, transactions cost money. Either pay the block chain fees or just use cash/credit card.

I'm ok with credit and cash.

  • See the problem is that I like cheap produce. The companies can afford to sell cheap produce and pay better though they won't. So they abuse this type of labor.

  • Uncle Leo changed a bit.

  • Man I could go for a chicken tendie wrap right about now.

  • Ya say you want this. Use Windows in S mode and you have it.

  • Interesting update.

I went to the post office and asked about trading them in or something. They told me that they're good for postcards forever.

Each printed stamp has the print date on it. He said that they honor the value on the date it was printed. So because it was 51 cents and that would mail a postcard on the print date, they would be honored to mail a postcard just like a postcard stamp: forever.

I'm honestly surprised. I asked if he was sure, he said 100% and pointed to his post office uniform.

Hopefully they work lol. If they do: I learned something.

  • Technical question: How would posts federate if private?

  • Idk. I'm going to try to bring em to the post office later and talk to someone. I'd be fine paying the 2 cent extra for each to get forever postcard stamps at this point.

  • Actually both happen: low paying jobs lead to being below the poverty line and therefore eligible for welfare.

It's not great; especially when companies like Walmart cash in on this by paying less and telling employees to apply for welfare.

  • Yep. He told Republicans he would stop pausing it to pass funding for the government.

He should have lied like they would.

  • ifn't

  • Imagine the regex needed to highlight code with that extra single quote.

  • Wasn't this a Seinfeld bit with Kramer?

  • But why? This should be automated based on my coverage plan.
