I've done monk/druid before. The mechanics are bad for it, but I love the story flavor of the two most likely to be utterly unarmed classes joining together to make someone whose body IS the weapon, in all of its forms.
They certainly do. China is straight up a police state, and what they're doing to the Uyghurs is ghastly and draconian. I hate it and I think it's really backwards, but there's little evidence I've seen that actually meets the qualifications for genocide. Unlike what our best buddies in the whole wide world are doing in Gaza and the West Bank. What's more is that it turns out we're also a police state, and that the IMF promotes instability and oppression via austerity measures. So, pick your poison, I guess.
Surely, but the difference is that China isn't going in with the express intent of creating a debt trap to leverage poor countries to adopt austerity. They're not saints, but it turns out that being 100x better than the IMF is a very low bar, like being more ethical than the CIA.
They're pretty okay for shallow understanding on a subject, but Wendover (not on the list), Economics Explained (not on the list), and CGP gray all get stuff pretty wrong once you get past shallow depth. I know because I'm a huge transit/urbanism nerd. If these channels haven't wronged you in some minor way, they just haven't talked about something you're a subject matter expert in yet. The point here isn't that they're bad, just understand that these are shallow explainers, the next step in from like a news article, Wikipedia, or a blog, and take them with a grain of salt.

I can instantly convert roads into corresponding rail transit lines. Highways to heavy rail, city arterials to light rail, sub arterials to grams, and interstates to high speed rail, etc.
Usery (interest) is expressly forbidden in the New testament, so Christians couldn't give loans with interest. That's where the bad old banker stereotype for Jews comes from, as well, I imagine, as the bad old stereotypes of Jews as the wealthy elite secretly controlling society. They were, essentially, the finance bros of the geopolitical reality in old Europe, because nobody else could issue loans with interest. If we want to "get back to Christian values", then we need to ban charging interest.
