I didn't feel the need to say it because @wander1236@sh.itjust.works had already written a reply explaining it. All I could have done was paraphrase their explanation and create unnecessary cruft.
I've seen your other comments, and it seems like you're sour over getting downvoted because you weren't able to notice a subtle difference that's not easily obvious.
Personally, I like to be strict with the downvote button. It's just something I picked up (and miss) from old Reddit: there used to be a strict culture on the site, which would lead to a high influx of relevant quality content.
In contrast, I saw a post on !lemmyshitpost@lemmy.world yesterday about the theistic breakdown of the American demographic. It was a cool graph, but not a shitpost; yet it had still gained more upvotes than downvotes.
Ultimately, I don't think you should worry about it, as these votes matter even less on Lemmy than they do on Reddit.
Some dude on the same train as mine started masturbating and everyone were saying like "what the fuck" and "Call the police" when he stopped. When he dropped the phone, I started masturbating to the content in question on the phone. Please put an NSFW tag, I dont want this shit happening again.
..... what?
