  • This can also be the product of a stupid breeder selecting dogs with bad traits, and not the fault of the breed.

Labradoodles have a significant higher prevalence with this kind of problems. It's the breed. Common problems are allergies, problems with their joints (e.g. hip dysplasia) and problems with their eyes (PRA).

That said: AFAIK aggressiveness is not a typical problem with Labradoodles. Typical behavioural problems are hyperactivity and separation anxiety. Excessive barking can be an expression of both of these problems 🫣

The behavioural problems @MrAlternateTape@lemm.ee mentioned seem to me like problems caused by humans. No offence! It's just an opinion from some random internet dude.

  • Wrong question. The right question is: is the solar panel able to be CO2 neutral (at least) or CO2 negative. We don't get anything out of it if producing the solar panel costs more CO2 emissions than it saves by producing electricity.

Before you ask: I don't know the answer. I was looking into this thread in hope to find it.

  • Tesla cars are a mixed bag (for Europeans, at least).

The software is good (although it got worse, many things now require multiple touches, which is really bad when driving), and it is better than every other brand I know.

But a lot of other aspects are suboptimal. E.g. the insulation is sub-par, resulting in more noise. The assistance systems are really bad, the car tried to kill me multiple times on the Autobahn. The cameras are bad when it's dark outside, often I have to guess what I see in the rear camera when parking. The placement of the rear camera leads to dirt on it, I have to clean it every day to be able to use it. Etc, pp.

Nothing is so bad that I would advise against a Tesla, but these are many small paper cuts I was not used to in other brands.

That said: don't buy a Tesla. Musk is a Nazi. Don't support Nazis, punch them.

Edit: didn't notice the train joke. Nice, you got me ;-)

  • Chihuahuas can have a not completely closed cranial bone (is this the right word?), which means if you pet them at the wrong place you literally can touch the brain and potentially kill them. My mood would be bad, too, if this was the case for my body.

Pugs also can have their eyes popping out if you handle them wrong (e.g. gripping them at their neck).

The head of King Charles Spaniels are to small, meaning their brain does not have enough room. This can lead to brain fluids getting stuck in the head, which increases pressure on the brain, leading to infathomable headaches, hallucinations, motor deficits, etc, pp.

Breeding some dog breeds should really be prohibited.

  • She's fine with tighter shirts, but those hot-pants? Nah, she hates them and threatens to cut them into pieces when I talk about buying a pair, even though they look so comfortable.

  • Considering that an ex-president who invaded a country under a proven false pretext and in violation of international law and has a million Iraqi civilians on his conscience is still painting his little pictures in Texas, perhaps the Supreme Court decision is not as big a break as some seem to think?
