I think it's available on the Pixel 8. Graphene OS enabled USB-C video out a couple of months ago.

You're able to refuse active military service and will be put into a civil service position. No one is forced to "shoot at people".

It's more likely that they just responded to the attack. There are videos out there of police officers trying to return fire. No military present.

I doubt that Windows 12 itself will require a subscription. There will probably be a subscription for all the AI trash Micro$oft has been implementing into the OS.

Not really. Higher end models are regularly sold out. In stock Pis are sold at an insane premium.

Love the PCIe interface upgrade. Hope they expand on it even more in the future.
