Right now there's a fair amount of support for him, disorganization among the opposition, and disaffection after nearly a decade of resistance to him alongside the weakness of the opposition from the dems. Currently what I'm seeing is a fall back to coalition building, propaganda, and other fights to create a popular front from which to oppose.

Left wing violence at this point needs to be sparing and calculated, exclusively where no other option is available to protect people.
