These are largely white people voting to stop their largely white neighbors from getting abortions.

Are you under the impression their position toward abortion would be different if the entire state or country were 100% white? I assure you it would not be. And if that’s true, it cannot be based on race.

What’s more is this argument that their position on abortion is informed by statistics is laughable. These are low information voters. You seriously think they even know the stats? Why in the world would anyone think that?

The comments I’m replying to are absolutely sure what Israel could have done. Mine make it clear I don’t know what Israel knows.

The burden of proof is on those who seem to think they just need whatever information is on the public internet to know what would or wouldn’t work against various targets.

Note that I didn’t say racism didn’t exist anymore. I said it wasn’t the driving principle behind their position on abortion. And that hyper fixation on race does a disservice to them and others by often missing the point.

The cops claimed they had to open fire because the knife wielding man charged them. This video shows he did no such thing when they shot him, he wasn’t even waving it around.

Let's get one thing clear, he definitely chased a cop with the knife out. Clearly unstable and screamed "shoot" several times during the encounter. I say that to demonstrate his state of mind, not that people who say that should be shot.

I'm here for the goalpost moving. Last thread regarding this incident was a bunch of "cops are lying", "there is no knife", and "yeah that's a picture of a knife but we don't know it's real".

I think unless you brandish your knife while doing crime, scream at the cops to shoot you, and still put up a fight after 3 attempts to taser you, you'll probably be OK.

The method may not have been applicable for some reason. Shooting people in the head is a method but unless they line up for you away from everyone who's not Hamas, that's not a realistic method to employ.
