Were those national popular vote polls? If so, you have to factor in the electoral advantage Republicans have. If the national popular vote is tied, Republicans will win.

I would definitely save it under a new name at the start because I'd totally accidentally save it without renaming at some point if I didn't.

Usually, for academic journals, you can retain most of your copyrights and grant a license to the journal. You have to pay attention to the options they give you when going through the publishing process, though. Because it does depend.

You misunderstood. The journals get the papers submitted for free (i.e. they don't pay the authors) and reviewed for free (i.e. they don't pay the reviewers).

Have you ever graded free response tests before? I assure you that some people do similar things when pressed to come up with an answer when they don't know. Often, they know they're BSing, but they're still generating random crap that sounds plausible. One of the big differences is that we haven't told AI to tell us "I'm not sure" when it has high uncertainty; though plenty of people don't do that either.

You've never seen someone misremember something? The reason human lawyers don't usually get too far with made-up case law is because they have reference material and they know to go back to it. Not because their brains don't make stuff up.

The president can't dismiss them. That's adding executive power. They took away criminal liability. He'd need to kill/kidnap/imprison them. And who knows if they'd rule that as an official act. They didn't actually outline what counts and what doesn't. So maybe for Biden that wouldn't count and for Trump it would.

And the kids playing tag are likely not even gen z but gen alpha. No one can even pick on the right generation.

Most consumers don't buy their own routers. The only time I've helped people buy routers in the last decade is to get one you could install a vpn on. Looking at the wireless standards never crossed our minds.
