I'm not sure the majority voted for Trump considering all the election interference and Elon Musk's fuckery.

There are a lot of racist who will swear up and down that they are not racists.

He's not even an elected official. How is this not out right thievery?

I don't pay attention to calories, just the carbs I intake. However I have to watch my intake of alcohol because it will mess with your metabolism.

True, but I don't drink alcohol unless it's a dry wine, or a low carb seltzer.

This is what is now called a keto diet. Eggs, due to high protein, work as an appetite suppressant for several hours. Sugar causes cravings in a few.

There was never, among other things, a high population of obese people until the recommendation of the low fat diet (pyramid diet). Usually you would just see them at carnivals.

I've gone back to the 60's diet several years ago. Lost 95 lbs,, have increased energy levels, feel great.

I've used tuta mail for nearly 10 years. They've never let me down.

Every time I get an increase in SSDI, for the cost of living adjustment, my SNAP benefits decrease. It's like you can't win for losing.

I wouldn't think the Wagner group is big enough, or organized enough to take on the US military though.

I've turned a few older neighbors on to Linux when they complained that window updates caused their PC's to run too slow.

I'd tell them 'before you go out and buy a new computer, let me install Linux if you don't like it, you lose nothing. In the end, each one of them was happy their computer was running like new again.

I use Ghee or Tallow when cooking. Both are solid at room temperature. I wait for the left over grease to cool down, and wipe it up with a paper towel. Easy peasy.

Edit: hell the acronym RINO , Republican in name only, was created by Trump and company. It refers to republicans who don't see things his way.

Malcolm X had many supporters. He was held responsible when just a handful of them committed 'terrorist' acts.

Malcolm wasn't innocent in that respect, but far more so than Trump.
