Diatomaceous earth consists of the fossilized remains of diatoms, a type of hard-shelled microalgae.

Assuming the shoebox pill couldn't be used for more pills (such as, more shoebox pills)...
Groundhog Day pill + 5 months experience pill, could be pretty good.
