  • Why are our electric costs so high? We're always hearing how cheap renewables are and how we're using more renewables than ever, yet our bills keep going up? What gives?

  • Interested by this. Need something to replace my OnePlus 6T that's starting to show its age and would like something a bit smaller.

  • Credit cards offer protection over debit cards. After all, it's the banks money if something fraudulent happens on a transaction, not yours. I always use my credit card over my debit card mainly for this reason.

Some credit cards offer cash back or rewards which build up when you spend.

I have a direct debit set up to pay off the balance at the end of the month so it just automatically pays itself off.

  • At least they recognised he was struggling mentally early on and didn't drag it out, but he should never have been in that seat in the first place.

Like, what the hell are they doing? Did they learn nothing from the Albon situation?

  • Definitetly think Russell is underrated. I think that's due to being Hamilton's teammate for a while, everyone was focusing on Hamiltons performances relative to George's.

  • Itโ€™ll be amusing if Lawson does better in the Racing Bulls car than he did in the RB. Or if he does better in the Racing Bulls car than Tsunoda does in the Red Bull.

I think both of these will end up being true. I hope Tsunoda does well because I want him to succeed, but I think he'll struggle. We know Liam can drive, he proved that last season, so I don't doubt he'll be about on par with Hadjar.

Agree on the Perez & RBR development. It makes me wonder if Max is actually terrible at giving feedback about the car for development and just drives around issues, and the team are only really taking his feedback on board.

  • 30 consecutive seconds or could it be 1 second, x30?

Doesn't say the quality of the eyesight, it could be just barely above the legal definition of blindness

  • I want to see Max in the VCARB and see how he does.

  • They're probably the second best team, so they're in a good position. They might find something to close the gap to McLaren. Last year it seemed impossible that anyone would catch up to RBR (well, Max) and look how that turned out.

  • Arguably Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) are a dead end too, as we move to electric vehicles. I can't see F1 going fully electric anytime soon so I see the attraction of moving back to simple, light engines that create a lot of noise that fans enjoy.

  • Lewis's pace was only decent because the Ferrari only seems to work well with low fuel loads, and it seems like McLaren hadn't got their setup right for the sprint.

And Leclerc's pace was fine, but he was in a car that was marginally lighter than the other cars around him.

From the sounds of the issues that they have with their car, they're going to need to make fundamental changes to their rear suspension which basically writes this season off.

  • Pint is around 0.5 liter?

Just about, 568ml to be exact.

How much does beer cost in supermarkets in England?

It depends on the beer and the supermarket, but it's a lot cheaper to buy beer in supermarkets.

Take this 500ml bottle of Peroni in Tesco - it's ยฃ2.75 (or 3 for ยฃ6 with loyalty card) - in a pub, 500ml of Peroni will probably be roughly ยฃ5, depending where you are in the UK.

  • I'd have to imagine that the stress and emotional toll is significantly higher for a paediatric oncologist than a bus driver. There's not so many people that could cope with that.

  • Not entirely sure I'd want that 2nd seat. It seems to be poisonous.

  • Amazing to see Lewis on the front row! Also intrested to see how well Norris can calve through the pack tomorrow.

  • Granola is different, that's oats, nuts & berries. Flapjacks are rolled oats & golden syrup which are then baked.

  • flapjacks

What would you call flapjacks if flapjacks refers to pancakes?

  • A rough visual representation of what ~2500 hectares looks like:

Obviously that's not where it'll be, but it gives a sense of scale, as I had absoutetly no idea what 2500 hectares looks like.

  • A part of me wonders if this was a genuine failure or sabotage.
