I had a fuck ass boiler where the pump would get stuck from not running in the warmer months, the sediments would still and the pump wouldn't move. So in the fall when it came time to use it I always had to whack it with a 2x4 and a hammer to get it to spin again. Could be similar.
I believe there is approximately a 0% chance that this goes anywhere under the incoming administration, who holds nothing but contempt for the common man. Too bad people are too concerned with the fucking "cUlTuRe WaR" to care 🥲
My gaming PC is basically a console, I don't use it for literally anything other than gaming. It's plugged in to a TV, and I play it with a controller (yes I'm hyped about steam controller 2). If I used it for anything other than steam I wouldn't put it on there, but it's actually exactly what I'm looking for. I've been waiting for this.
Right now I run Arch and it opens Big Picture mode on boot, but it doesn't always work and Arch is of course Arch, which sucks when something breaks and you're trying to fix it with a controller. I run Arch on my laptop too which I use for everything except gaming, so losing a little functionality that I already don't use on a dedicated device is totally fine with me.
I was playing with my shokz and I was like "ok well this is about what I expected". But those died and I still wanted to squash bugs so I plugged in my good headphones, holy shit dude it's night and day. I kind of feel those guys who miss the headphones jack on the phone now.
