  • And that is another reason why you can’t have unmoderated social media. Some things are simply not allowed, for better.

I've seen this a million times. Your little "for better" will almost certainly morph into including things you don't like given time.

You construct a strawman of the worst cases and then whittle away and lower the bar until there is no free speech not only in absolutes, but also in practice where people's ability to share and discuss honest opinions are also shut down.

A website that prompts free speech will do so in principal, not in absolutes. Seeking to preserve as much back as forth discussion as possible and reluctantly moderating where it's necessary.

Posts like yours are justifications in opposition of that sort of practical free speech, disguised as reasonable by associating free speech with stuff like leaking confidential information.

  • Old plantations now serve as prisons for a reason

This is getting facepalm worthy. I'll bet you're saying this because like 10 prisons were built on former plantation land.

    black activists do directly compare

You're a lost cause if you don't see the many gaping issues with reasoning like this. Go ask vegans if meat eating is slavery and they'll say yes as well. Of course they do. They're activists.

  • To compare prisons and the institutions of slavery is absurd and silly.

Prison labor deserves criticism, but to act like slavery is still a thing because of that is just you intentionally blowing the situation out of the water.

  • Given that slavery was outlawed, colonization largely brought to an end around the world, and leaps and bounds have been made in terms of our treatment of minority groups in general, I'm pretty sure the current system is going a damn good job.

    Look into proletarian democracy

Yeah, that's a fancy word for "Marxist authoritarianism"

  • It lowered birth rates because

Unless you do a study of before and after data, you have no reasonable basis to make this claim.

Is it likely that roe has an effect in this way? Yes.

Does this "study" show that? No.

Like, the article literally cites evidence against you. Claiming their questions were answered similarity in areas where abortion is legal and there are no extra risks.

From a data perspective, this is trash data that should be ignored.

  • Contrary to what the other guy is talking about, you can totally use AI for restoration, or at least upgrading the audio.

However this one might not be able to do it. It depends on how this thing is programmed and if it supports something like stable diffusions control net

  • It's no different than owning your computer. Something is absolutely a central and productivity boosting is artificial intelligence should not be kept in the hands of the few.

The only way that it could be is through government intervention, you don't need an anarchist to be against an open AI monopoly.

  • forcing AI models to have a signature that is guaranteed to be indentifiable, permanent, and unique for each tuning produced

Either AI remains entirely in the hands of fucks like open AI or this is impossible and easily removed. AI should be a free common use tool, not an extension of corporate control.
