  • They are already doing that shit, back in 2013 it was done with something called bubbling.

I remember being in high school and I remember people sharing nude images of each other on those old ass snap a picture cell phones. Or a couple of my cousins going on facebook and rating all the women 1 to 10.

And before people were doing it was computers they were doing it with their imagination.

Same new shit same old story, it's all going to be fine.

  • I'm neither coping nor seething. This looks like a bad policy to me and I'm describing exactly why with very little emotional investment.

Biden knows this. Pay attention to the press release.

"Ordered to consider..." Means this is a PR move.

  • any place in the milky way

This is kind of hilarious phrasing because these metals are actually more abundant everywhere except for Earth because on earth where they sunk down to the core of the planet. inside of asteroids and things like that there's not enough gravity for that to happen.

Rare earth metals are actually pretty common everywhere else, China just cornered the market by having no environmental regulations, paying people to come into the United States and bitch whenever we make a rare earth facility because of environmental impacts, and using subsidy to undercut the rest of the world.

The moment trying to tries to block the world off where metal creation in the world will take off again.
