And you sound just like the people you despise. While the left needs to stop playing so nice, obeying the law is crucial. Without it, what are you fighting for?

What McConnell did was shady, unethical, and as dirty is as it gets in politics, but all legal unfortunately. You can just arrest political opponents like that. To say so is even dangerous. You sound like the republicans who are openly calling for that and want to do that. That is the sound of authoritarianism and totalitarianism. That is the path we are trying to prevent from happening in our country right now. You cannot go and make statements like that. I hate McTurtle as much as anyone, but we can't say to arrest him when he hasn't broken any laws.

Well that's the way republicans in congress already act, of Thomas would have been impeached and removed already. The ethics rules are just for internal discipline rules at SCOTUS.

People aren't going to just upend their family for a short term political climate, even as bad as it is. DeSantis is heading down a path that he won't win the next election. It's easier to vote him out, then to move your family, and start a new life elsewhere. But, businesses will stop coming, and that is already happening. Businesses have stopped expansion plans. Florida is a huge place for conventions, and large meetings (corporate vacations), and those have been getting cancelled. Florida is losing Millions of dollars over this.

I was working in the industry like I do now when that happened. I was disappointed the antitrust trial didn't break up MS into three companies. Things have changed there. I guess we should dig into your past and hold everything you've did 20 years ago against you?
