My GP is often running 15-20m late, but the flipside of that is that there's not really a sense of urgency during the appointment. Doctors here take their time with you, which is very pleasant.

I'm a long time user of jottacloud. It's not really meant for 10TB+, but works great for what I need it to do.

Yes, it's utterly stupid. One reason I can point to is that the US never really had a national ID system. The social security number is a hack to get something along the lines of an ID, but it's not reliable enough to make it viable for elections.

I usually play on easier difficulty. The fun in the game for me is trying to optimise everything, and not having to worry about money running out at all times makes that a lot easier.

I think the game has a great story, but both the gameplay and story takes a while to get going.

But as has been established, he shouldn't have had this money in the first place. The fine is based on how much he over inflated the value of his property to get bigger loans. Had he not done so he may well have been bankrupt already.

I think if I have one criticism of the plot is that it takes a while to get going. If I may, I'd recommend you to play thorough it at your own pace, possible also at the lowest difficulty just to experience the story. It's well worth it just for that.
