Oddly enough, it seems like GenX and Millennials are the silent phone generations. Everyone in this age range that I’ve known thinks phones should be on silent at all times.
In my experience, boomers are by far the biggest group who does this. My parents are the worst offenders, so maybe that affects my perception. But any waiting room or library or whatever, it’s almost always boomers when I see it.
I think you guys are mistaking the intent here. OP is asking if women also wiggle the literal fuel hose at a gas station. Like guys definitely do it because we understand residual drips. So they’re asking if women do it too, since they don’t have similar equipment by nature. Or OP has a pee fetish.
Yeah, but I guess I was hoping for a way to only do the unlock check when I raise the phone or interact with it. A notification coming through triggers the check, which I was hoping to avoid. Thanks for the suggestion.
Anytime I try to use my phone or any app, it won’t work and just pisses me off.
