That’s a human problem not a peculiarly American problem.

This isn’t as forward thinking as you’d want it to be.

For as much as they are abused, “IP laws” protect small and individual inventors, writers, composers, etc.

With no patent, copyright or trademark protections the billionaires will own or bury everything.

What is needed is to bring the laws back to their intended purpose.

As opposed to which values? What culture/nation has significantly superior values?

Buttigieg is well spoken and smart. He’s occasionally, slightly left of (US) center.

I also think Buttigieg is out to help one person—Pete Buttigieg. Every interview of him that I’ve heard sounds like he’s got a vision, not for the country or humanity, but a vision for Pete Buttigieg. Especially, for Pete Buttigieg to be President.

He gives some great speeches. He’s sharp and slaps back at MTG and her ilk very effectively. And, I don’t think he’s a Newsom who will pander to bigots.

But, I can’t shake the feeling that his motives are entirely egocentric.

Now, you can argue that almost every politician has the same drawback and you’d probably be correct. He might be better than most Democrats. He might be the best option. Still, something doesn’t sit right with me.

Y’all religions want to hear more about the separation of Church and State, now?

Take the job if you need it. You’re not going to change their minds.

Clear your conscience by doing some pro bono work for a gender issues non-profit or small company that is LGBTQ+ friendly/owned—especially if they are a competitor to this company.

Gradually, ween yourself off this company.

Not necessarily. You can’t just say games should cost more because of inflation.

You’d have to take into account the cost to produce the game and the size of the market.
