This. The devs have no issue with piracy and would rather you pirate their game than buy it off the grey market for cheap, and their game comes DRM free anyway.

Liftoff isn't too bad but it's just not the same polished experience that Sync is. Plus it handles messaging weird imo

It's being worked on, Sync is a very mature app whose codebase had to be migrated over from Reddit's API. An MVP was prioritized over more advanced features like posting.

Tangent, what's it like going for grad and post grad in computer science? I've wanted to try teaching for the longest time but I learned very little new material over the course of my Bachelor's and the only thing that made it worth my time was the math content lol
