I'm not a doctor, but this sounds a lot like the start of schizophrenia. You need someone competent to evaluate this possibility, because in case it was that, you need antipsychotics immediately - early medication can save you from lasting brain damage, every week counts!
You understood the meaning, that's what communication is for. Let people use their prefered words, no need to let your blood presure rise because of people's preferences. Use what ever you want to use and let others live rant-free.
Apart from directly catholic gays, there are also gays in very catholic countries, where their lives are influenced heavily by catholic stances no matter whether they believe or not.
That's the problem, people are very diverse. Look around yourself for examples of couples (in real-life, not online), and I'm sure you'll find many examples of "ugly" people of all genders being in happy relationships. I know a guy with a facial deformation in relationship with a beautiful woman, I know a seriously fat couple. The forever single people I know mostly have severe mental or personality issues.
Stopping dating because of looks sounds misogynistic. It implies all women are superficial, which is simply not true. I know several cases of men that could be seen as ugly for different reasons, who had no problem to find a partner thanks to their personality.
Just to be clear, I see polygamy as bad only because of the women oppression aspect. But the world is a big place and history is long, so I wouldn't be surprised if at some point there was some system that allowed for polygamy without oppressing women. Mentioning mormons - don't you think they can be seen as another weird different group - and therefore be also object of xenophobia? Notice I intentionally didn't use the word racism, what I mean is just the sentiment that people doing things differently than my group must be deadly wrong.
I think in western culture it might be a bit of both, and also a bit of xenophobia - it's different, so it must be bad. I'd be interested in knowing more too. Very good question.
Thanks. These are cross-eyed, not the originals. The originals viewed with crossed eyes all made holes out of the mountains.
