What is this thing

"Pizzas are cylinders" was not the forbidden knowledge I was expecting today

Sounds believable enough. One alternative I also like is the design for this poster was thought up by someone higher up who thought it'd be cool if his head was sticking out of the V and the artist assigned to this poster had to just work off that idea

It didn't have too big of a budget either (47 million). We haven't had a film like it in a while :(

Don't know, but I'd just try it out and see if it works. It detected my motherboard, mouse, keyboard, everything. It was just such a relief after trying and failing to get the stock (windows only) software on linux running

Not knowing which keyboard laptop combo you have, but have you looked at openrgb? Works nicer than the stock tool I was using in my experience!
