I got a speeding ticket a year ago, and they included a link to a video of me going too fast through an intersection. In my case, I was between two other cars, and because I was unfamiliar with the camera, I was the only one that didn't tap on their brakes while going through. Regardless, the video was clear evidence against me, so I paid it.
In short, I think they've gotten much better since your experience. It at least felt fair.

I was disappointed when I saw that there are few roads in the game (my expectations were far too high). I was hoping for, idk, 70% of roads? Really, some sort of driving game using google maps data would be pretty awesome, if a nightmare to process all the images. Hmm, data storage would be an issue too... streaming would be too slow (I think).
I feel like he is closer to the norm than we think. We should all strive to be like that, rather than relegating it to random chance. We should also demand more of our leaders.
Hey, I'll give it a shot. With how many hours I've poured into Runescape over the last... 17 years? Damn, it's been a while. Anyway, with all that time, even if this game was 1/10 the level of fun, it'll still be a great time for me.
It's pretext to be able to designate a riot when someone in a peaceful protest has a mask.
That, and/or they'll do the time-consuming thing of recognizing people that aren't wearing masks, and arresting them at their homes or places of work.
