Trump can do whatever the fuck he wants, because nobody is actually doing anything to stop him other than meekly posting on social media and waving some signs around. Democracy and the rule of law was always sketchy at best in the US, but it's been dead for months now. And no amount of adorable weekend protests that are sanctioned by the cops are gonna change that.

If you aren't getting tear gassed, shot at, and imprisoned, you're being allowed to throw a tantrum to keep you from doing anything useful, and your actions are performative at best.

Because Valve has gone to fair lengths to not become shit, and they probably don't want to start now.

Yeah, when it very first came out, there was about four to six hours of content to be had. I don't think two years in EA is that short of a time, you're just used to games existing in a perpetual EA status so that they can excuse their bugs. I played Forever Skies, and I would say it deserves the Very Positive review status it has. It has a mournfully lonely feel to it, a sad sort of resignation at the fate of a humanity that didn't go out in a bang, but the last wisps of which sputtered out like a candle dying in the ever present winds.

They both solve the same problem, but Heroic does it a little better by not needing the Epic launcher to be installed.

There’s nothing wrong with an Arch-based distro for gaming. Shit, the Steam Deck is built on Arch, and it’s about as newbie friendly as anything.

That being said, Bazzite is probably the best for gaming, regardless of whether you’re a newbie or not.

I wouldn't. Ideas should be free, and there should be no barriers to them, or ownership considered. If you create a thing, everyone else should be able to use that thing however they wish, and with no limitations, to create their own things. Full stop, no exceptions.

This is why I pirate. I will never consider or acknowledge ownership or license when consuming media, art, or information. If you release an idea to the greater world, then it's my idea, my art, my music, my software, just as much as it's yours as the creator. And I'll do with it whatever I will.

Using AI to be your voice when you have trouble articulating something you want to say has to be one of the best uses of the technology I have seen to date. It makes me wonder what other uses this tech could have, especially for people who are neurodivergent or disabled.

Yes, I did read it. I'm guessing you did not. if you had, you would know why he used the AI video. This was a very constructive use of AI that not only didn't hurt anyone, but helped someone with a problem.
