Licensing and making games probably costs more than the revenue from subscriptions, would be my guess.

Just a persistent culture of materialism. That things will bring you happiness in some deeply rooted way that can't be matched. Add in an unhealthy dose of capitalistic mentality and there's also the push that if something costs more, it must be better.

So you get trapped in a cycle of buying things that have no real purpose, or can be better served by something cheaper, and feeling unfulfilled. So you look for something new to fill that emptiness that persists throughout the cycle.

Even for several months while the IDF had been bombing civilians and killing non-combatants indiscriminately he did little more than tell Bibo that he had to be a bit more discrete about his mass-murder while giving them the means to do so.

Words are just that, words. His actions say he supports Israel 100%.

Not having merit based on how much money something makes would be a start.

The thing is, the active fascists are an extreme minority in most cases. They only have support because of the methods of disinformation and populism they use.

The majority of their base aren't horrible people who want to see the world burn down around them. They've just been told that's whats best for them by charismatic politicians.

The minimum effort, but also one of the most easily accessible (even in areas of disenfranchisement) and most influential.

Its not as direct as throwing a brick through some lobbyists window, but its also more likely to have an effect on the world and less likely to land you in prison.

So you see a couple articles and that "proves" that now she's a superstar?

I'd say that follows as much logic as the people touting that she's part of some liberal conspiracy.

I'll deny it. She's stayed pretty consistent, just because other artists have waned in popularity doesn't mean she's somehow more.
