Yeah, I don't care what numbers the clock show I don't want to have to addapt to waking up one hour earlier or later than before. It messes with my internal clock and makes me not want to wake up or wake up too early for at least a month or two after each change.

That's my new cat, her owner died and she now has a new forever home. She adapted way faster than anticipated. After only a week she owns the place !

I remember running Enlightenment as a DM for my pc long ago and loved it's looks and animated splash screen. Back then I found other DM to be looking like old stuff trying to look like windows. But E was beautiful and smooth. Just not the most developed as a system management ( it was mostly just a DM and no proper system configuration tools ) I don't know where it's at now but I kind of miss the styling.

The problem with that is that vulnerability will be found and used. Since it's connected to the internet it will be exposed to attackers and could be infected with botnet viruses/tools and used to attack other computer/services.

8 hours of sleep ! Wow I'd love that ! If I can get 6 hours it's a great night. Haven't been able to sleep 8 hours in years except for the rare weekends where I don't get woken up by the neighbors dogs or to work my second job.

My friends high end sony system with square speakers (yeah I'm old) kept poping the speaker coils out of their sockets at 70% power. His 600$ sony dvd player would not play burned DVDs. My Phillips amp would power my realistic home made speakers up to 100% and they could still take a lot more (200W RMS amp and 275W designed speakers) and my weird named 65$ DVD would even play DIVX movies on burned DVDs. Fuck Sony.
