  • Thanks high testosterone bro. Your comment made me remember when I was 18ish and would not drink soda, barely eat sugar, wake up to do exercises on the bedroom floor... That was my prime and for a reason. I'll try to go by next month reducing my sugar intake at least and do pushups when I wake up, start challenging myself again.

  • Agreed. This was a huge dilemma for me. In my professional field, having publication as part of a portfolio is somewhat important, but having them published in my personal website that barely gets a visit is giving AI content. Last month I came to the same conclusion, that there is no way of escaping it and not doing anything such as publishing, commenting and interacting is denying human existence. What a time to be alive 🤧

  • One thing that keeps me coming back to Google is shopping, or searching for online stores, or searching for prices. The shopping tab is somewhat useful and I don't know any other search engine that does it (because it's barely a search engine thing tho)

  • I live in one of the cities affected by the flood caused by excessive raining. Half of my city was underwater, the water was 6 meters high where my relatives live. If some of you want to see real scenes, search for "Canoas" or "Porto Alegre" around beware of potential choking images.

  • That's my goal. When I tried NixOS 3 years ago I didn't had time and there was a lack of documentation to make a .nix for missing packages. Community was... something not very welcoming. I will try again during college break.

  • There are more places/countries that use psychoanalysis, having it their curriculum. I study psychology and there is a main difference in psychoanalysis/humanistic psychology and behaviourist psychology. The latter is a actual science, because it studies behavior, and you can observe it. The other two, mainly focus on consciousness, thinking, individual meaning and a particular person's world. I get that psychoanalysis has a lot of strange ideas, but there is neo psychoanalysis, and as a whole, the school tries to constantly renew itself, as it's made in the the actual therapy process. The point is psychology is a vast field, behaviourist based theories are actual sciences doesn't make the other options available bad. Depending on the case, one is better than the other. Jeffrey Young saw what I am describing and combined elements from these and some other theories.
