What's the difference between the court saying it's defamation, and thus illegal to publish and worthy of awarding damages, and ordering it taken down? Seems like splitting hairs.

I work on a private cloud, the implications of it being a cloud versus traditional bare metal or virtualization platforms are around the APIs, quick spin up/down cycles, fully integrated recovery, imaging and remote console systems, integration with automated deployment platforms and others. It's not just a buzz word.

None of the currently available RDNA3 APUs are good within their 5-15W target. They could custom design a smaller one but that would increase costs a lot and the perf benefits aren't that big when still limited by LPDDR5
The speed boost is from the faster RAM, which is a pretty big bottleneck in many cases. Up to 11% faster. In many cases not faster though, just depends on the game and settings.
