Even if I hadn't agreed to this it would be a no brainer. If you found your friend talking shit about you they wouldn't be your friend anymore, why would an employer react any different?

With my stakeholders TDD is nearly impossible. I mean it's possible, but doesn't make sense as they shuffle their specifications every other day. I implement, they decide they wanted something different, I refactor, they don't like it, I refactor, they accept, I write tests.

I'm super unproductive in the office and basically glued to the coffee machine. I'm easily able to double my productivity on a good day. Some days are bad, sure. But that happens at the office as well.
