Ok, the question is: What would each distro taste like?
RedHat: A dark roast, bitter but caffeinated. You curse with each sip and can't stop drinking it. You also pay the barista to tell you how to hold the mug.
A quick Google search of "Mexican Restaurants in Tokyo" brought up over 30 results in Tokyo. Hell, the other day I was watching the original Iron Chef from the 90s, and they brought in a Japanese Mexican Chef as a challenger.
I'm 34, was untreated for ADHD until a few months ago. I work in software development, and had various roles & responsibilities thrust upon me when people left. On top of that, managing a team through the COVID Lockdown and my own fracturing mental state really took a toll on me. The advice posted here is solid. When I took on everything, I had to learn these via Trail-by-fire. If I may add on:
Always forgive people for their emotions. This is solid, but remember to apply this to yourself. You're human, too. On top of that, your ADHD is not something You're at fault for. Forgive yourself, don't punish yourself.
Having trust in your team is paramount. Backing them up, treating them as equals, and sharing advice you've learned from the previous generations will bolster them. I've had a lot of new people come in, asking "why were things done this way?" And I ask them "Knowing what we know now, how can we make them better?"
"Balancing criticism with praise" should be tattooed on the hands of anyone in charge of a team. Pulling people aside to let them know that you're proud of the work they're doing and how much they mean to the team as a whole is golden rule that pays dividends.
This does feed into forgiving yourself, be able to take criticism, but being able to take responsibility without coming up with an excuse is a tough one. I grew up with a father who would get overly physical with failures and mistakes. It's in my nature now to make excuses so I don't get beat. Hard for me to accept that everyone doesn't think like my father does. But, failure is human. It's a chance to learn. It shouldn't be shunned as it should be observed and treated as acceptable.

Star Wars A New Hope is a great example of all the standard tropes. The Refusal Of The Call is when Obi-Wan gets the message from Leia, and Luke makes up excuses for why he can't go. After that, they head back, only to find the destroyed Sand Crawler, and Luke has his Death Of Innocence moment when he finds the bodies of Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru.
Second Grade, I had a speech impediment. My teacher, Mrs. Atkins(?), would make fun of the nasally way I talked in front of the whole class.
Seventh Grade, Mrs. Cowherd, outright stated that, to her, we were nothing but a paycheck, and she didn't give a damn if we sat there in silence, as long as she got paid.
Substitute teacher (multiple grades, I forget his name) would actively smack kids for misbehaving. I reported him, nothing was ever done.
Senior year. Another teacher (can't remember her real name, I just remember her as Cankles) would start class in darkness, and recite rules that were not enforced anywhere but her class. "If your pants have belt loops, then you must wear a belt." "If your shirt length is more than 3 inches below your waist, you will be sent out of class." She would always volunteer to do detention, walking around reciting rules and making sure we were silent, heads up, facing forward.
Intermix the gaps with neglect, sexual harassment charges against teachers, kids fighting teachers, drugs, etc.
But, hey, you know, my generation is the one that doesn't want to work and full of psychopaths. Must be the video games. \s
