  • It's the same thing with superhero and paranormal ttrpgs. Everyone wants that 🤯 moment when civilians sees the party in action, because it's very rewarding.

    I haven't played it other than in videogame form, but I think Vampire: The Masquerade is one of the few systems that addresses this problem head-on

  • Same, but I've got away without buying from Amazon for 5+ years now, so I'm pretty sure anyone can do it.

    A couple of times a package I ordered from some random website would come in an amazon box, just because they incidentally use the service, but that was it.

  • I've worked with 3 developers who live/work from small hobby farms outside of town, which doesn't sound like a lot, but I've only been in this field for like a decade

    I feel like this is my trajectory as well.

  • That's what I had (before I got married). Had a slatted wooden frame with some pegs for rearranging. Mattress itself is incredibly unwieldy and hard to move around. You just kind of fold it over your back and try your best.

    There's some variety in thickness and hardness, I believe.
