Wouldn't be the weirdest thing, binning consoles and diskdrives is a common strat.

I realise i must be an edge case but i think my steam account of 10+ years is positive money wise. Got thousands of hours in the same few games and sold my old €100 CS inventory for about €500 PayPal when the market boomed.

The amount of money I've spent on my system to play those few games at more fps tho, lets not calculate.

Many motherboard pump headers will still provide power while in sleep. But you usually start hearing the pump more when it's older and the bearing starts to wear, or due to permeation lowering the water levels.

If you have a watercooled system getting less hours on the pump is always good, especially with a cheaper AIO. Also not all pumps are completely quiet when in sleep

That's true, never thought about how many times Ive used the registry to do something when the ui doesn't work, eg forcing games into exclusive fullscreen or getting acces to old features in the Nvidia control panel.

Still my gaming pc "needs" to be windows because of the games i play. Either be it kernel level AC or not getting stretched Res + 280hz gsync to work.

Also doesn't lag on an overclocked switch, the V2 and oled are really downgraded by keeping the memory clock the same as on the v1 Edit: only mem oc is needed, no extra voltage

I tried gaming and watching movies with some early 2000s version of AR glasses (basically just a see trough monitor on your head).

Resolution and input delay was horrible but it was fun for a bit.

Got trapped in a cloud / storm on Alpe d'huez a couple years ago. Just behind the red marker is a steep ravine, but they were spaced too far so that in the middle of 2 you couldn't see them.

It being so white at times that I couldn't see my legs nor arms was a pretty surreal experience
