  • He doesn't want a huge war that the US might get dragged into. He's been somewhat consistent about disliking drawn out conflicts out of pure self interest. They are usually a bad idea for presidential administrations, driven by the larger ambitions of the liberal empire. Trump cares not for the empire, only for himself.

  • They can't have a panic! If people realize it's open season on anyone the fascists don't like, the shareholders will be displeased.

  • We probably should be less reliant on cars. Public transit saves lives. Similar to automobiles, LLMs are being pushed by greedy capitalists looking to make a buck. Such overuse will once again leave society worse off.

  • The brown shirts have the keys to the kingdom, and so there's no easy way to get rid of them. By my count they've already won, and will be able to do a depressing amount of damage before anyone could hope to stop them. If you're a vulnerable group who has the opportunity to leave and isn't ready to die fighting, leaving is the safest bet.

  • Of course this country "looks more like a fascist dictatorship," that's the goal. That ship has sailed.

  • You might've seen shit coming, but most Americans just don't want to accept that the world they're used to is crumbling. It's annoying af.

  • It's not like Palestinians have viable options. I really see no way out of this genocide for them without help of powerful external forces.

  • As painful as it will be, they leave few options outside of a third party at this point. They'd need to focus on districts where they will minimize negative consequences, but there must be a willingness to bargain with mutual loss in favor of Republicans. The corprocrats are always more willing than the left to risk fascists winning, but given how much they're going to the right recently, they're really not much better.

  • Hamas is monster fed by Netanyahu while he starved all better alternatives. It's complex, but the fundamental answer is still Zionist imperialists bad.

  • This should be a wakeup call for service members everywhere to plan their exit now before they end up deployed against the homeland too.

  • I think it's ignorant to underscore the importance of Trump. He's made himself as irreplaceable to their plans as possible. He relies on them to work like all kings do, but without him they'll have a much harder time keeping the coalition from cannibalizing itself.

  • People really don't want to believe that there is no electoral solution anymore. People really don't want to believe that it's too late to save the illusion of peace any longer. This is a late af wake up call to how incredibly fucked we are, and many people will still hit snooze.

For what it's worth, speech doesn't mean as much anymore, as we now live in a time where violence is the dominant form of power. For this reason, peaceful protests will do little, and mass riots can easily help the oppressors escalate even further. Fighting the incredibly militarized federal and local governments is practically untenable. Over half a century of cowardly libs empowering anti-riot forces has made this a nightmare scenario for resistance.

There is so little recourse at this point that the best thing we can do is prioritize not dying so we can outlive Trump's reign. We'll need luck and cooperation to survive the infectious diseases, natural disasters, and economic devastation that the state will do less than nothing to mitigate. It's up to us to support each other, because there is no social contract left.

  • They'll only feel more justified in genocide when they catch a few shots. I like to call it the Bibi-Hamas strategy

  • His creepy shit is old news. Even if documents clearly confirmed it, it wouldn't move the needle.

Republicans love grooming and pedophilia. They've long advocated youth indoctrination and child marriage. Their only consistent virtue is winning and being the oppressors.

  • The game is fundamentally different now in a worse way. We're looking at a future of neo feudal politicians once this fascist flame burns through the nation. The end of the US as a unified whole is a genuine possibility. Feudalists gaining control and creating a hellish dystopia with the power of the empire is the alternative. Post Trump America will be never be as successful a liberal democracy as 2024 America was, and 2024 America was absolutely bottom of the barrel.

America needs to burn and probably will, but that will more likely to be awful than not. It will be a monumental lift to bring about a positive future.

  • I'm sure billionaires will be funding Democrats hard, which is why we need to treat the party like neo-feudalists from now on. No matter what they say, they cannot be trusted to do anything but further raid the working class. They're more of a long term enemy than Trump, and we cannot give them an easy time. They will never be saviors, only new masters.

  • The immediate need is to not allow these weak willed genocide enablers anywhere near power again. We need the position of those connected to this administration to be in pile of pig manure, so that way we get people who aren't absolute fucking cowards doing less than the bare minimum to maintain their own system.

People are dying right now that Biden's administration could've saved, but because the cause long precedes the effect, we need to be looking farther ahead. Weak liberals will be complicit at best, and monsters at worst, so we need to work every day until the next somewhat fair election to make their brand weak.

When the fascists begin to bleed themselves dry, the left must lead the charge, not the money loving liberals. If we don't lay that groundwork before most can envision the fight, we'll have feudalists ushering in a "return to normalcy" with broad support from the public.

  • Once again, people believe that genes are the animal. Twin studies have consistently shown that despite substantial similarities, nature favors difference between clones. If they expect the animals to be identical and never pay attention to the differences, then they will continue to ignore that the code is designed to be flexible.
