True, just entering vim on a pc for a user who doesn't know about vim's existence is basically a prison sentence. They will literally be trapped in vim hell until they power down their PC.

Yikes I had no idea about the man, himself. I only really know about the breathing technique and can confirm that it definitely is an interesting experience. It put me in an almost psychedelic state, but it's not something I would want to do regularly.

Thanks for spreading awareness, though. I don't wish to promote bullshit artists. From a quick look into the deaths, it seems they all involved a pool or a body of water and drowning. So hopefully the breathing technique by itself is safe enough, at least.

I always wondered if there were small groups of isolated Neanderthals that persisted past the assimilation of the majority of the Neanderthals by homosapiens. They could have been responsible for all sorts of tales of Bigfoot, dwarves, elves, etc.

I don't know if they were referring to the Wim Hof breathing technique, but it will also make you super lightheaded and put you in a meditative state.

about 30 deep breathing breaths. non stop fill it all, empty it all. fast paced

After the last breath, keep your lungs empty and DO NOT BREATH for a whole minute

after the minute, fill your lungs fully then hold for 15 seconds

breath normally for 5 seconds or so

Round 2 (where it gets ''hard'':

I'll just agree to disagree with you as an ex-Muslim who has traveled the world and has seen the differences. I don't have time to do research for you. Also, I don't think that just Islam is the problem. It's all abrahamic religions. They are all terrible. Islam just seems to have the largest pockets of areas dedicated to denying women's rights at our current point in history. Even my less conservative Muslim family members have a terribly antiquated view on them.

It's right there in your own book. People have an excuse to sexually harass and "abuse" women for not dressing modestly if you interpret it lightly, and worse if you interpret it harshly. Why should women be more likely to be abused for not dressing modestly? That's terrible.

Sexual harrassment happens regularly. In India, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Iran to name just a few places that I have seen it happen with my own eyes. Rapes and killings are less common, but there are plenty of instances throughout history.

In modern times there are countless stories of fathers killing their daughters for not wearing a hijab. Honor killings are in the news pretty often even in the US

Yea, but the nerds that the suits put in charge of security will absolutely recognize this kids skills. The suits don't run the security teams at most corpos. There would be no security that way. Management is pretty hands off with them, at least from my experience working at corpos.

Don't be ignorant of the fact that women are raped or killed for not wearing them in some places. Look up Mahsa Amini if you don't believe me.

As someone with Muslim family, they will tell you that it is the women's choice. That they prefer to cover themselves from head to toe, even in blistering heat. The actual choice is to bite their tongue and wear it, or choose to deal with shame, humiliation, mockery, and often times much worse.

The rest of history has shown that women don't choose that kind of clothing when they have free will.

Bump stocks increase fire rate by sacrificing any ability to aim the gun with sights. An aimed 22 rifle can be more deadly at range than an AR with a bump stock. A stock AR is more effective at killing than a bump stock equipped AR in the vast majority of situations.

Basically, bump stocks are a kind of useless thing to focus on. The vast majority of gun owners prefer a stock AR over one with a bump stock. The real issue that should be focused on is capacity. Having to reload throws a big wrench in the rate of fire thing you are talking about.

It definitely sounds cooler than "dirtmouth" or whatever the opposite equivalent would be.

There are other dogs that are as aggressive or even more aggressive than Pitbulls, but the problem is that Pitbulls just don't want to let go when they attack. A pitbull attack typically doesn't stop until something is dead or severely maimed. The two main ways to stop a Pitbull attack are to kill the dog, or choke it unconscious. That's why when they do attack it is so much more likely to be fatal.

We definitely should require all Pitbulls to be spayed and neutered, and make them illegal to breed.

This is the main reason that legalization and regulation should be considered, at least in my opinion. People are going to do drugs, until the end of time. Even if it means playing Russian roulette with Fentanyl, they are still going to do it. We should focus on harm prevention and rehabilitation, not punishment.
