  • Step aside bro, there is a new sheriff in town 😅

  • I’m not sure if the issue lies on Discourse. The software itself is FOSS.

AFAIK I didn’t saw any limitation on the on-prem edition, so I don’t get it why a company like Mozilla doesn’t have the resources to handle that.

And, even if they are using Discourse’s Cloud infrastructure, it’s not common for services to reach the end of payment without sending a ton of warnings.

  • For iOS just use this safari extension and access it through the browser.

The experience itself is pretty good.

  • I see. Currently I’m using an Asus one with Asus-WRT but I’m thinking of moving to an OPNSense one.

  • My bad. I thought it was.

  • Even though you dislike online play, you can still play online with the PS3. Some servers are still up and running, and for other titles there are custom servers created by some fans. And the best part: you don't need to pay the online fee that Microsoft created during the 360 days, which Sony and Nintendo followed after.

  • Magic Earth has traffic. That’s the reason why I use it instead of Organic Maps.

  • I prefer the UI of Magic Earth than Organic Maps. And ME also has offline maps/navigation, given that it also uses OSM.

  • Try Magic Earth. It’s a good alternative.

  • Yes. Out of the box, it has uBlock Origin installed.

  • I second Shutter on Linux, too.

  • If you're on Mac there is no reason to use this instead of the brilliant Shottr app.

  • Whenever I see Discord mentioned, I run from it, like a vampire from holy water!

  • No, if you want that, just use Magic Earth. It’s a great app, btw.

  • Technically they export a json file (with a different extension). But you can move to another tool with this.

  • Thanks for sharing. I (wrongly) assumed all games were entirely 100% DRM free.
